Job Location: California
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 a year
Job Description
• Aligning business objectives with employees and management • Serving as a consultant to management on HR-related issues • Proactively assessing the client’s HR-related needs • Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with HR
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; MHRM or MBA preferred • Minimum 5 years progressive Human Resources experience • Proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish a plus • PHR or SPHR preferred
