Performance Marketing Manager, Meta

Job Description

• This person will be responsible for the global performance, operations, and strategy of our Meta Platforms and for driving collaboration across teams and other channel leads within MasterClass. • An ideal role for a seasoned performance marketer who wants to work with a tech-savvy team building best-in-class, scalable Meta campaigns with direct ties to company revenue • Responsible for customer acquisition, media management, strategy, stakeholder collaboration, campaign and creative development, team and performance management, measurement and technical improvement, continuous optimization, and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in Paid Marketing roles, across any channel • Minimum 4+ years working with Meta Ads Manager • Minimum 1 year managing a Performance Marketing Team • Expert knowledge of self-serve ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Google 360 Suite, etc.) with insights into industry trends, bidding, targeting, creative, and platform best practices • Experience collaborating with teams such as Creative, Data, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Growth, and Go-To-Market leaders • Proven experience in a growth-oriented company, building and scaling new channels while achieving aggressive prospecting and acquisition goals • Proficiency with A/B, Conversion Lift, and Incrementality testing; comfortable with regression analysis and advanced analytics techniques • Regular experience presenting to VP and above stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail • Comfort with learning new processes and suggesting improvements • Extensive experience in pulling data and generating reports for strategic insights
