Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing technical, cross-functional projects • Excellent verbal and written communication internally and with customers • Ability to set expectations with customers • Exhibits leadership qualities - ability to set clear goals and priorities and motivate a team without direct authority • Executive presentation skills • Cross-functional collaboration • Technical fluency with data services, data schemas, data privacy policies • Author technical documentation - ability to co-author customer enablement docs with technical teams. Includes data dictionaries, standard feed specs, etc. • Business fluency - an understanding of Spring Health data services and pricing, and the ability to spot opportunities for growth of these services and escalate to the appropriate leaders across Revenue, Product, and Data Science.
