Senior Product Designer

Job Description

• Want to work on a product that helps people live happier, healthier lives? • Love digging into topics around design, behavior change, data science, and health? • Identify gaps and opportunities in the member and care team experience and advocate for the problems to be solved. • Collaborate closely with the product team and end users, including care team operations, user insights, engineering, data science, clinical partners, and product management. • Use user-centered methodologies and tools to communicate ideas impacting the end-to-end member and care team experience. • Craft designs connecting the dots between user needs, data, business goals, and clinical insight.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience turning complex problems into engaging design solutions. • At least 2 years of experience working within an “in-house” product team, owning the evolution of an existing product. • Experience balancing conceptual and generative thinking with user needs, business goals, and clinical insights • A strong visual aesthetic, experience creating visual systems, and delivering beautiful, high fidelity, production-ready designs. • Experience owning the design process from concept development to launch. • Experience receiving and responding to cross-functional stakeholder input and feedback
