Job Description

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with fertility clinics • Manage relationships, negotiate rates, and identify opportunities • Work to minimize treatment costs and improve patient experience • Address partner issues and fill network gaps • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Adapt partnership approach based on market needs

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of partnerships management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to negotiate and manage difficult conversations • Data-driven and detail-oriented • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Airtable • Familiarity with various tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, Zoom, KeyNote, Jira • Self-starter and problem solver • Thrives in a remote work environment
