Director, Partnerships
Job Location: Los Angeles, California
Job Description
• The Director of Partnerships provides an opportunity to have valuable input on existing and future brand-building opportunities, playing a crucial role in the early stages of a future household name. In this role, you will: • Develop an outbound/inbound strategy focused both on financial gain and partner satisfaction. • Conduct research to identify new markets and partner needs. • Sales operations. • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Qualifications
• Proven working 8+ experience in sales (preference in hospitality, fitness) • Ability to build an inbound and outbound sales process + campaign • Self starter • Proven sales track record • Experience in customer support is a plus • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) • Market knowledge • Communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build rapport • Time management and planning skills
