Social Media Community Manager

Salary: $106,000 - $125,000 a year
Job Description
• As the Social Media Community Manager, you will: • Manage our social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content. • Track and report on social media engagements to measure brand and content sentiment, audience retention, and conversations. • Engage proactively with our community, addressing queries, managing crises, and fostering a positive online environment. • Stay updated on the influencer landscape, identifying key creators and trends. • Utilize social media content platforms and tools like Hootsuite, and preferred experience with Zendesk. • Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategies with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience • You have a deep understanding of social media, either from an agency or brand perspective, with the ability to manage different tones of voice. • You have experience working with big brands and are familiar with online and LGBTQ lingo. • You possess strong communication skills, with a knack for proactive content creation and crisis management. • You have excellent analytical abilities, capable of tracking and reporting on engagements to measure various metrics. • You are technically proficient, comfortable using social media platforms and scheduling tools like Hootsuite. • You are an active community engager, always looking for new content opportunities to cater to our audience.
