Commercial Customer Success Manager
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Managing the end to end customer relationship post-sale • Handling a high volume of customer accounts efficiently • Focusing on product adoption • Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities • Understanding customer KPIs and business outcomes • Influencing the future of the Kustomer platform • Acting as an advocate for the customer internally • Expanding the list of referenceable customers • Handling sensitive personal data
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 2+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development with a technical SaaS product • Experience working with a high volume of accounts that requires personal attention and relationship building • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized • The ability to quickly build rapport with individuals and teams • Experience with advocating for customers’ needs within an organization • Capacity for creative problem solving • Ability to use data and statistics to identify patterns • Empathy for colleagues
