Salary: $226,200 - $339,200 a year
Job Description
• Provide transactional support and counseling to SIE business functions in the Americas • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts • Provide legal advice on business and commercial activities
Qualifications
• A minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 3 years working in-house and 5 years' experience in commercial transactions • JD or LLM degree from top law school • CA bar membership preferred
