Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and model high-quality customer, vehicle, and historical loss data • Drive key business decisions and strategic direction • Develop systems and tools to support insurance partners and drive supply in the marketplace • Collaborate with senior leaders in various departments • Communicate analytical outcomes and recommendations effectively

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or business operations with a Bachelor's degree • Experience working at a startup or a similar fast-paced environment • Strong background in data science, business operations, data analytics, and/or product analytics • Proficient in SQL and Python (or a similar ML programming language) • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Ability to create alignment and drive decisions through collaboration • High emotional intelligence and adaptability
