Job Description

• Vonage is seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Content Designer to join Sales and Support Enablement team within the Applications Group, focusing on Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing digital learning solutions that align with strategic business objectives • The solutions will aim to enhance the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of sales representatives and customer care agents across multiple regions and a broad product suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Educational Technology, or related field • 3+ years of experience in digital content creation within a technology or educational setting • Proficient with SCORM standards and e-learning authoring tools like Rise 360 • Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Audacity, etc. • Significant experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including configuration and problem-solving • Solid understanding of learning sciences, design principles, and the ADDIE model • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project and time management skills
