Data Scientist

Job Description

• Generate and communicate data-driven insights to influence product and business decisions • Develop metrics and experiments to understand our growth and measure the impact of product and operational changes • Identify and build for the data needs of our company that will drive company impact while aligning with our commitment to user privacy • Collaborate and contribute to the company roadmap by working with stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Operations • Analyze, manipulate, or process large sets of data using statistical software to influence product and business decisions • Apply feature selection algorithms to models predicting outcomes of product feature enhancements • Apply sampling techniques to perform experiments to determine groups to be surveyed or use complete enumeration methods • Clean and manipulate raw data using statistical software • Compare models using statistical performance metrics • Influence the company direction and support strong communication by creating graphs, charts, or other visualizations to convey the results of data analysis using specialized software • Deliver oral or written presentations of the results to management or other end users • Identify business problems or management objectives that can be addressed through data analysis • Identify relationships and trends or any factors that could affect the results of research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or closely related field, plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations • Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: working in fast-paced tech organizations building data pipelines, maintaining dashboards, improving data discovery, model training/deployment, dataset management and optimization; SQL; and Python for analysis and model-building • Must have 1 year of experience in crypto data science developing nft and wallet recommendation engines and leveraging wallet trading history to power content
