Sr. Product Manager, Total Health

Job Description

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and the needs of our target customers • Define the 12-month product roadmap and specify the product requirements that will create the best user experience for our top-tier customers • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify key differentiators. Refine the product vision to ensure Total Health remains competitive and innovative • Gather and synthesize insights from Operations, Customer Care, Marketing, Analytics, and Consumer Insights teams to prioritize improvements that drive uptake and enhance the customer experience • Build cross-functional relationships and processes with other product managers, R&D, engineering, analytics, design, and marketing to drive larger projects forward • Ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams to deliver a cohesive and high-quality product • Encourage a culture of creativity and experimentation within the product team to explore new ideas and enhancements • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation within the product, leveraging the latest technological advancements from our R&D team • Work with Regulatory, Quality, and Healthcare Compliance teams to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant health and data privacy regulations

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a product management role • Experience with web and mobile app development practices • Laser focus on crafting high-quality products • Experience working with marketing teams to craft strong messaging and positioning • Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, from C-level to individual contributors • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to evangelize a compelling product vision to senior leadership and stakeholders • Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building • Enthusiasm and creativity to inspire others
