Senior Financial Integrity Manager, Policy

Job Description

• Responsible for conducting comprehensive investigations of potentially illicit activities • Develop quantitative and qualitative metrics to help surface insights from data • Identify large networks of nefarious actors and activity • Work cross-functionally to develop methods to discover new analytic insights • Provide technical and thought leadership on complex analyses • Support the design and creation of risk management dashboards • Perform complex blockchain analytics • Drive Key Performance and Key Risk Indicator metrics • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders • Come up with ideas to enhance and improve procedures and controls

Qualifications

• 10+ years of investigative and data analysis on large networks • Technical knowledge and experience related to cybercrime and online investigations • Strong program/project management and implementation experience • Experience working hands-on and collaboratively with other cross-functional team leaders • Experience planning and organizing cross-functional work • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues • Strong attention to detail and achieving results • Excellent ability to investigate, analyze, and interpret data • Exceptional written communication skills • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Apple MacOS preferred
