• Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day responsibilities in the market • Hands-on manual work including direct labor, warehouse organization, asset counting, compliance audits, vehicle maintenance, customer service response, scooter redistribution, scooter repair identification, ad-hoc field tasks, and other required tasks • Administrative work supporting Operations Manager with hiring, training, scheduling staff, employee productivity tracking, SOP follow-up, and assistance on other projects
