Sr Developer Community Manager

Job Description

• Lead and grow the developer community • Build and nurture relationships with developers • Develop high-quality content to educate and engage the community • Advocate for the needs of the developer community • Track and analyze community engagement metrics

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community management, developer relations, or a similar role • Strong technical background with experience in software development (familiarity with Conductor is a plus) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to create engaging content tailored to a developer audience • Experience organizing and hosting events, both virtual and in-person • Passionate about open-source software and community building • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
