Manager, Talent Strategy & Experience

Job Description
• Develop and support strategic talent recommendations for Hello Sunshine’s Direct-to-Consumer division • Support the building and execution of our talent strategy to deliver authentic engagement, awareness, and deliver on campaign KPIs • Partner closely with other Hello Sunshine teams (e.g., Sol.ar, Social & Editorial, TV/Film) to build talent recommendations and create opportunities to integrate talent into a broader consumer experience • Utilize strong relationship and interpersonal skills to maintain and build internal talent database and relationships with talent reps and managers • Develop custom creative & marketing ideas in relation to talent • Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure all talent ideas and opportunities are representative of the innovative and premium position Hello Sunshine has in market • Consult on pricing requirements in initial pitch phase to ensure budgets are built thoughtfully and tracked accordingly • Lead 360-degree talent process internally and externally, inclusive of talent/team negotiations, managing contracts, vendor forms, and invoicing process • Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Hello Sunshine IP and programming, creator networks, talent, social platforms, emerging consumer channels and technologies, key tentpole events/experiences and the company’s various offerings • Keep the team updated with new trends in the space as well as reporting on talent development/updates on a regular basis
Qualifications
• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, and social Content strategy/development with 3-5 years’ in a talent strategy and/or booking role • Proven track record of at least 2 years directly leading strategic recommendations and managing talent/industry relationships • Relationship-oriented with an interest and passion for fostering partnerships and developing creative ideas and recommendations • Highly collaborative and strategic, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to effectively synthesize complex information into actionable conclusions • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail • Ability to be flexible and work under pressure • Comfortable using various tools for tracking and program management while managing multiple projects at one time • Strong judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively manage upwards with multiple senior stakeholders • Both highly creative and analytical to review data and ongoing metrics • Must be a self-starter and a strong problem solver • Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
