Staff Data Scientist II

Job Description

• Develop and implement predictive models to forecast player behavior, game performance, and market trends • Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform game design and development • Work closely with game designers, developers, and product managers to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights • Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

Qualifications

• PhD or a Master's degree with equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on predictive modeling and analytics • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with large-scale data processing • Expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and A/B testing methodologies
