State Partnerships Manager (Sacramento, CA)

Job Description

• Recidiviz is thrilled to be hiring a State Partnerships Manager to join our team • Responsible for building strong relationships, deploying relationship capital, maximizing impact, and creating value for their partner states • Partner closely with the leadership teams of state prison agencies • Requires regular travel (3-10 business days per month, most average 4 days) to correctional headquarters, prisons and parole offices in partner states

• Be a proactive problem solver • Have an understanding of how to make progress in challenging environments • Be a process leader • Open-minded, humble, and curious • Be comfortable with, and excited by, technology • 3+ years of experience
