Associate Director - Financial Communications

Job Description

• Develop and implement an integrated strategy for financial communications • Partner with Investor Relations and other teams for key financial events • Provide communications support for Spotify's Chief Financial Officer • Engage with various stakeholders to enhance understanding of Spotify's mission • Contribute to the evolution of financial communications practices • Assist in critical issues and crisis response

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree • Expert communicator with at least 8 years of experience • Strong knowledge of key financial partners • Experienced in financial communications initiatives • Ability to lead both internal and external communication initiatives • Navigate complexity and ambiguity effectively
