GTM Strategy & Operations Lead, Incentives
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 a year
Job Description
• End to end ownership of variable compensation program design and execution • Design variable compensation programs closely with stakeholders to drive highest priority target behaviors • Execute all variable compensation plans • Set quotas in partnership with Revenue Operations team • Process monthly, quarterly and annual commission plan payouts • Drive performance reviews of varcomp programs • Design, execute, and track strategic programs & SPIFs • Lead internal & external incentive comp professionals
Qualifications
• 10+ years of work experience in sales variable compensation or revenue operations / strategy - ideally in a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills • Familiarity with Salesforce, experience with variable compensation platforms • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans • Continuous improvement mindset
