Job Description
• Coordinate and align team activities to enable optimal performance and results in meeting new business and renewal sales targets • Serve as the front-line leader in the Sales organization tasked with leading a team of sellers • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to expand sales within specific segments
Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive sales management roles with record of meeting and exceeding sales targets for new business and/or renewals. • Strong ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally • Strong talent management and coaching skills for individual sales reps • Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent combination of education and work experience
