VP, Chief of Staff

Job Description

• Act as a top-level adviser, part confidant, sounding board, strategic consultant and closer of loose ends • Utilize instinct by "reading" situations to understand problems, partner with xFN teams to identify solutions and resolve them efficiently • Provide high-level support in decision-making processes, including synthesizing complex information to prepare briefings, conducting research, developing presentations, and making recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management or strategic advisory role, preferably within a high-growth or dynamic organization. • Agility - able to handle competing demands and a wide range of projects simultaneously; capable of managing many threads at once; • Storytelling - Visually via slides and written communication • Exceptional strategic thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
