Sales Compensation Systems Architect (Xactly) - Remote Friendly
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $108,000 - $162,000 a year
Job Description
• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the sales compensation system Xactly • Ensure accurate and efficient administration of sales compensation plans, calculations, and reporting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather compensation plan requirements • Develop and generate accurate sales compensation reports and analytics • Validate and reconcile data within the sales compensation system • Assist in the design and implementation of new sales compensation plans • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales Compensation team • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues • Assist with creating enablement material for training and educating sales representatives and managers • Participate in special projects related to sales compensation
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • 5+ years as a Sales Compensation System Administrator or similar role • Strong understanding of sales compensation principles • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining sales compensation systems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented mindset • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus • Relevant certifications in sales compensation administration or system administration are desirable
