Customer Care Representative

Job Description

• Ruggable is looking for three (3) full-time Customer Care Representatives to join our Customer Experience team! • Act as the voice of Ruggable, interacting with customers primarily via phone and chat.

Qualifications

• Professional written and verbal communication • Ability to resolve inbound phone inquiries with high empathy and customer engagement • Ability to resolve inbound chat inquiries efficiently and concisely • Proficiency with spreadsheet applications (i.e., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) • Must be a team player • Must be a self starter and multi-tasker, while remaining responsible and detail-oriented • Experience with e-commerce companies (i.e., websites + apps) • Familiarity with Zendesk and Shopify • Local to Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, or Charlotte, NC

Benefits

• $17.50/hr • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan • Expected hours per week: 40, overtime may be required during peak seasons.
