Digital Designer

Job Description

• Create designs for a variety of branded marketing and internal content including presentation decks, one-sheets, as well as digital marketing campaigns • Design illustrations and gifs for our blog and docs websites • Manage end-to-end video production including video editing and animation • Assist lead designers with creating visual assets for the product (gifs, icons, illustrations, banners etc.) • Assist UX team with up-leveling the visual design of Workato’s user interface • Collaborate with other designers to provide feedback on their work and help each other grow • Ideate and problem-solve large/small initiatives with your design lead and fellow designers • Keep up with industry best practices and share new creative ideas with the team • Utilize collaborative communication tools like Slack, Figma, Jira, Adobe Suite, and others to work closely with team members across projects and time zones

Qualifications

• Have experience creating a wide range of graphics and videos for corporate purposes • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Figma and Google Slides • You can admit when you don’t have an answer, but take the initiative to learn • Ability to grasp multiple design requirements with careful attention to detail • Portfolio requirements: We’re looking for a portfolio that shows your skills in illustration, icon design, presentation decks and user interface designs, along with examples of animation and videography
