Product Researcher for Content

Job Description

• Lead our content research, testing, evaluating and helping to optimize content at the stroke, phase and massage level. • Evaluate experimental strokes, the building blocks of a massage, on participants with a range of body types, ages, massage experience and fitness levels. • Evaluate full massages with a range of research participants as a key part of the content production lifecycle. • Partner with our content team and in-house Licensed Massage Therapists to improve strokes, phases and massages. • Lead generative and evaluative research into Sensory Input elements of the massage experience, including audio/visual experiences like guided meditations, breathwork and affirmations, as well as scent, light, etc.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in research, ideally within a consumer technology capacity. • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a start-up/scale-up context. • Outstanding organizational skills. • A willingness to engage energetically in a primarily in-office role requiring extensive and ongoing in-person testing with research participants. • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey meaningful information verbally and in writing to a wide range of stakeholders. • A keen willingness to learn something completely new. • A personal interest in wellness, with past experience with massage or other modalities of bodywork in some capacity as a nice-to-have.
