Associate Project Manager
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Manage the onboarding of high value accounts including face-to-face communication, scope definition, participation in sales calls, activation/porting date management • Coordinate with internal teams for labor-intensive tasks • Answer customer questions on supported applications • Provide customer-focused support • Work with multiple departments for internal education and assistance • Communicate, implement, and support process change initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience • 1-2 years industry experience • Outstanding communication skills; oral and written • Excellent time management skills • Strong listening skills • Conflict management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Detail oriented
