Salary: $150,000 - $210,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of business development representatives • Drive lead generation efforts and optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales development efforts with business objectives
Qualifications
• Previous experience leading a high performing SDR/BDR team/organization • Proven ability to drive revenue growth • Strong leadership skills • Experience selling developer and/or technical products • Excellent communication skills • Analytical mindset • Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
