Accounts Payable Associate

Job Description

• Efficiently and accurately processes and codes invoices on a daily basis and ensures compliance with company policies. • Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Reconciling Vendor Statements with accounting records. • Obtain W-9 forms for new vendors. • Process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies and in a timely manner. • Verify supporting documentation and ensure compliance with expense policies. • Adhoc Tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role. • High volume invoicing experience. • Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • Hands-on experience with Bill.com, Expensify, and Microsoft Excel is preferred. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
