Account Manager

Job Description

• Manage and grow key accounts by building strong relationships and providing strategic recommendations • Collaborate with Trading and Business Development teams • Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform • Provide training to clients on platform features and best practices • Work with Product Management to enhance the platform • Help build the Client Services practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university or equivalent years of experience • 2 + years of consultative, client-facing work with online advertising experience preferred • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Proven track record of growing accounts and forging strong relationships with clients • Effective time management skills • Ability to communicate effectively with various teams • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time • Looking to grow into more senior level opportunities
