Senior Counsel- Privacy

Job Description

• Join a growing international legal team working on unique legal issues at the forefront of the adtech industry • Work on critical, privacy-focused technologies which will replace third party cookies • Build a trusted advertising ecosystem for the open internet • Develop expertise in APAC privacy and potentially take responsibility for the APAC privacy program

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA accredited law school • 6+ years of legal experience • Experience advising clients on privacy matters and global privacy laws & regulations (such as CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and other international data protection frameworks) • Experience maintaining privacy disclosures and records, such as privacy policies and records of processing activities • Experience understanding and working with highly complex dataflows and elaborate technology • Familiarity with legal issues impacting the digital advertising ecosystem is preferred • An interest in privacy legislation in APAC regions is a plus
