Senior Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Job Description
• The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination across the organization. • Coordinate internally and externally to plan seamless meetings, travel, and offsites.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, 3+ of those years supporting at the Founder / CEO level. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, time-management and prioritization skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication, as well as listening skills • Strong team-player attitude; needs to work well under pressure and be adaptable in the face of changing priorities • Expert with G-Suite (Google Calendar, Gmail, Google docs, Google sheets, etc.) • High degree of discretion and integrity, especially when taking care of confidential information • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
