Senior Manager, Field Marketing

Job Description

• Sauce Labs is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Field Marketing to lead our proprietary events strategy • Crucial in ensuring that events are meticulously planned, executed flawlessly, and deliver outstanding customer experiences • Possess a strong hospitality mindset, excellent contract management skills, and a proven ability to drive results through strategic event initiatives • Lead and manage a team of event and production professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure event execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in leadership roles with a track record of working directly with a sales organization, ideally in the software/SaaS space • Demonstrable track record driving business growth • Track record of working in matrix and virtual team environments • A passion for pipeline and metrics driven approach • Self-driven, positive with a collaborative approach • Exceptional leadership and communication skills (internal and external); an inspiring leader that can scale and manage a high-impact team • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
