Senior Vice President, Chief General Counsel

Job Description
• Lead all legal efforts for IDEAYA as a publicly-traded company • Responsible for corporate legal work, SEC reporting, compliance, transactions, risk management, employment matters, intellectual property, and litigation oversight • Interface with various internal functional leaders and outside entities
Qualifications
• 15+ years practicing as an attorney, preferably with both law firm and public company legal department experience • Juris Doctor degree, with strong academic credentials • California Bar, active member, in good standing
