Chief of Staff

Job Description

• Oversee a variety of strategic business development initiatives, from inception till successful execution, under the guidance of the executive team. • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and operations • Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity • Devise new plans on the fly in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly uncertain environments • Develop and build on relationships with various internal and external parties, as needed • Serve as a subject-matter expert for delegated matters, handling inbound and outbounds inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications • Oversee daily operations in collaboration with executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a business management, operation consulting, or executive role (managing multiple teams and leading strategic initiatives) • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance or related fields • J.D. or some legal experience as a paralegal • Working knowledge of finance, book keeping, contract and employment law • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management skills, with successful track record on interdisciplinary communications • Work authorization in US
