Job Description
• Lead and oversee HR functions • Contribute to the development and execution of HR programs, policies, and procedures • Stay abreast of labor laws, regulations, and industry trends • Advise leadership on HR-related legal matters • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances • Oversee performance management process • Lead design and administration of rewards and benefits programs • Manage and mentor HR team • Responsible for safety plan maintenance
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree • 5 years of experience in a director-level HR role • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to think strategically and drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals
