Product Designer

Job Description

• Lead design efforts for new product initiatives and major feature releases across web and mobile platforms as part of the product design team. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences. • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and identify areas for improvement. • Establish and promote design standards, best practices, and design systems across the organization. • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design roles. • Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and processes. • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work across various platforms. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. • Ability to think strategically and solve complex design problems. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Experience with design systems and Figma component libraries.
