Vice President, Sales (Pursuit Enablement Lead)

Job Description
• Lead efforts to optimize the sales cycle, enhancing the ability to secure new business and drive client outcomes • Focus on process optimization, sales efficiency, strategic insights from win-loss analysis, proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration • Address urgent bottlenecks during critical deal stages, escalate approvals, and resolve issues promptly • Promote the use of sales tools and automation platforms, train sales teams on efficient CRM utilization
Qualifications
• 10+ years of solution selling and sales operations experience with a proven track record of supporting sales processes and pursuits • Strong understanding of latest product development, technology trends, and advanced analytics in relevant industries • Experience in services, software, or IT management with a focus on driving business outcomes • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles within a globally distributed and matrixed organization • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
