Job Description

• Lead a team of engineers and foster a culture of excellence • Actively participate in and oversee all phases of development • Build deep partnerships with engineering leaders, DevOps, product teams, and other key business areas • Own problems and scope solutions aligning with business objectives • Support and advocate for the continued evolution of Agile culture and Scrum best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java • Effective conflict management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent decision-making abilities
