VP, Security Engineering - Northeast region

Job Description

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology discipline (preferred) • A minimum of 5 years combined security related leadership experience within any or all of the following: commercial / private industry, government, consulting, security vendor sales / engineering • Strong experience in multiple areas of Cybersecurity: Application Security, Vulnerability Management, Network Security, SIEM, MDR/XDR, Cloud Security, IAM, GRC, DFIR, etc. • Leadership experience (required) • Strong technical writing skills (required) • Expert communications skills, including a mastery of the English language both written and spoken (required) • Experience with executive briefings (required) • Experience managing and delivering technology integration services (required) • Experience managing complex issues, and coordinating solutions • Proven track record of sound decision making, taking ownership and delivering results in a leadership role • Experience working in fast-paced environments, and ability manage workload even during times of stress or escalated activity • 10-20% client billable delivery of services • Up to 60% out-of-town travel required to meet clients within the Northeast region, attend regional team QBR's, security-related conferences, etc.
