Marketing Strategy Manager - AI & Special Projects

Job Description

• As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you will lead critical marketing initiatives aimed at accelerating marketing-driven bookings. • Your primary responsibility will be leading Podium’s marketing for its rapidly growing suite of AI Employee products, ensuring marketing exceeds monthly AI bookings targets. • Additional focus areas include an assortment of other strategic marketing projects that are critical to marketing success and that unlock incremental bookings or attainment against other core KPIs.

Willingness to wear many hats, roll up sleeves and execute to achieve objectives is a must. • A problem solver with a sharp business mind, passionate about tackling ambiguous challenges. • A successful track record of leading high-visibility, high-impact projects or business objectives. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Exceptional ability to drive cross-functional accountability and action. • A data-driven mindset with the ability to solve complex problems. • Proficiency in data analysis. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and data visualizations. • Experience handling ambiguity and prioritizing in a rapidly changing environment. • Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing functions, including marketing strategies and tactics. Experience in product marketing and positioning is a plus.
