HR Generalist
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Take ownership of the global Onboarding/Offboarding process • Facilitate documented procedures • Review/audit documents and new hire information • Initiate and follow-up on background checks • Proof CEO welcome letters before sending to new hires
Qualifications
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong eye for accurate data • Demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality • Excellent communication skills – must be articulate and professional • Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues • Exercise good judgment within defined procedures and practices • Build productive internal/external working relationships • Work independently as well as being a team player • Work closely with internal team and external stakeholders • Proven ability to work in a VERY fast-paced environment
