Revenue Operations Manager

Job Description

• Drive and optimize revenue operations processes and strategies • Develop and manage sales forecasts, revenue reports, and comp plans • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to enhance operational efficiency • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights • Implement and manage CRM systems and sales tool stack, including managing and negotiating renewals • Support revenue planning and budgeting • Champion the adoption and optimization of systems and tools

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in revenue operations or related roles • 3-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) • Excellent project management skills • Familiarity with sales and marketing processes in a startup environment • Experience supporting the full revenue funnel, including Customer Success and Marketing • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
