Senior Business Analyst
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Join our Team as a Senior Business Analyst • Play a pivotal role in shaping our broadening Digital Strategy & Experience practice • Collaborate with business owners to clarify their requirements for the strategy, design, and implementation of digital solutions spanning content management, commerce, custom application development and related integrations such as DAM, CRM, CDP, PIM, etc.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst working with stakeholders, Strategists, Technical PMs, Developers and Architects on website enhancements or custom builds in an Agile, consulting environment • Experience running workshops and writing user stories to meet business requirements required • Breadth of experience with eCommerce, Strategy, Custom Application Development, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Digital Asset Management (DAM) and/or Content Management Systems/DXP helpful • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Certified Scrum Master helpful • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
