Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches across the Engineering organization including both one-off and evergreen roles • Own sourcing for a variety of roles including talent mapping, market research, referral generation, and other creative strategies to find stellar technical talent • Manage stakeholder relationships, creating alignment on priorities, and leveraging data to influence decision making and strategy • Analyze conversion metrics throughout the pipeline and provide recommendations on how to make our processes more efficient • Execute on key initiatives and projects with client groups that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results • Drive offer processes for candidates, including extending offers and managing complex negotiations • Act as a mentor for other recruiting team members
Qualifications
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, including at least 2 in a high-growth start-up environment • Experience partnering directly with engineering leaders to deliver on ambitious hiring plans – including a track record of filling the most senior and complex roles including staff-level and leadership positions • Experience innovating and executing on creative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent • Tough candidate closes and experience in helping candidates through the finish line • Clear understanding on how to leverage recruiting data to unblock yourself, make recommendations, and influence hiring processes • Fast-paced environment experience with a high sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail and quality • Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
