Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 a year
Job Description
• Drive the quarterly SEC reporting process • Provide technical accounting support to the team • Manage SEC quarterly and annual reports • Assist in responding to technical accounting inquiries and preparing accounting memos
Qualifications
• B.S. in Accounting or equivalent experience; CPA preferred • 7+ years mix of Big 4 audit or advisory, and corporate experience working on public companies • Strong technical accounting skills regarding US GAAP and knowledge of SEC rules
