HRIS Manager

Job Description
• Lead HRIS Functions: Implement new modules, manage security, configure business processes, handle data loads, write reports, and manage user access. • Create Workday Roadmap: Develop and execute an annual plan, partnering with stakeholders to achieve goals on time and within budget. • Provide Daily Support: Troubleshoot, configure, manage security, and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday. • Develop User Guidelines: Create procedures and documentation to help users leverage system functionality and automate workflows. • Maintain Data Integrity: Write and support various reports, perform audits, run queries, and analyze data to ensure accuracy. • Manage Integrations: Build and maintain integrations, keeping documentation up to date. • Lead HRIS Projects: Collaborate on events like benefits enrollment and compensation reviews, ensuring smooth execution. • Conduct Testing: Oversee all HRIS testing for new releases, implementations, and configurations. • Partner with Teams: Work with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, Talent Development, IT, and Finance to provide a seamless employee experience. • Ensure SOX Compliance: Lead SOX controls testing, prepare reports, and respond to auditor inquiries. • Monitor Requests: Address HRIS-related inquiries through the shared email inbox. • Support Team Functions: Serve as a backup for other People Operations functions and maintain other People systems as needed. • Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
• 5+ years in HRIS or related functions, with 3+ years specifically with Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and advanced reporting. • Strong understanding of HRIS technology, including design, structure, functions, processes, and analytics. • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and SOX compliance. • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination. • Ability to explain complex processes clearly and effectively. • Highly organized and meticulous with a keen eye for detail. • Collaborative with a “no task is too small” attitude. • Strong focus on driving results with a high sense of urgency and effective time management skills.
