Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description

• Coupa is looking for a 'Site Reliability Engineer' to play a crucial role in the development of solutions for our Enterprise platform • Develop applications that provide self-service and increased efficiency to a diverse group of internal customers across Cloud Operations, Engineering, Customer Success & Support, and Customer Value Management • Accelerate the ability of teams to better serve customers • Open and autonomous work culture where team members are challenged and critical thinking is encouraged • Support employees in an inverted organization structure • Foster an entrepreneurial spirit within the team • Strive for personal and organizational excellence

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Cloud Operations Support / SRE • A critical thinker, resourceful, problem-solver who has a passion for applying technology to make human life better • Experience with Cloud/SaaS architecture using AWS/Azure Platform a must • Experience with Observability and Monitoring (New Relic, Grafana, Dynatrace, etc) • Experience with Log Parsing tools (Splunk, Elastic Search, etc) • Programming languages Ruby, Python, or any object-oriented programming language or scripting skills • Experience in problem-solving and analyzing global scale distributed systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
