Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 a year
Job Description
• Engage, assess, and close top talent • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and interview teams to design effective interview processes and pinpoint high-caliber candidates • Deliver an outstanding candidate journey from initial outreach to onboarding • Manage full-cycle requisitions for technical, operational, and corporate positions across all levels • Craft a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers • Utilize innovative tools, platforms, and creative methods to source qualified candidates • Leverage our applicant tracking system to liaise with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates, collect feedback, and establish a structured interview framework • Leverage data analytics and recruitment metrics to inform and optimize hiring strategies • Play a pivotal role in talent acquisition strategies and assist in identifying ideal candidates as Figure expands rapidly across multiple locations • Oversee job postings on external platforms, including writing, publishing, auditing, and exploring new opportunities
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing passive candidates in a startup environment • Technical recruiting experience is a plus! • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities (Embrace a growth mindset!) • Proficiency in using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other related tools for talent acquisition • Ability to operate with urgency and efficiency • Clear and transparent communication style, fostering collaboration across functions and levels; adopt a consultative approach when partnering with Hiring Managers • Demonstrated ability to stay organized with meticulous attention to detail • Familiarity with Talent Pipelines, involving a proactive talent supply strategy to consistently identify highly qualified candidates for critical and recurring positions • Adept at gathering information through interpersonal communication for recruitment, customer needs, business requirements, and other purposes • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion, including identifying and nurturing high-performing, diverse talent, while fostering an environment of objectivity, open communication, and mutual respect
